Model Horse Hobby

Me and my dad Alex Chaulk have decided to get a new hobby. Our first hobby was making a model train village, that consisted of an electric train set that rain around and through a village with a station, a farm and houses. It took us a total of 3 months to complete, after going to train shows and travelling around to different hobby stores. Then we, in a way, started baking. Cakes, cookies, rolls, you name it! But now, as my dad says he needs a new hobby because he is getting "fat." Which is very funny because he really isnt, 'but who am I to stop him from getting into this hobby.' I always wanted to collect Breyers and other horse toys, I have an enormous collection of Schliech horses, and two/three breyes; Ravel, and GG Valentine & Heartbreaker.

So, me and my dad will be making jumps and obstacles, and maybe a few dioramas. We will probably take trades, but mostly cash. Please keep following our blog, as we will become more and more involved into the hobby every chance I get.

I'm not the best painter, heck Ive only painted two horses! These are the pics of those two horses: Rain and Spirit. The horses were from Michaels Arts and Craft's store, and I figure Id pain them. In the picture of spirit he wasnt totally done, I gave him brown eyes and eyebrows. Anyways, enjoy.
